Meet the broker

I began in real estate as a property manager for a prominent real estate firm and became licensed several years later, opening my own firm, Geiger Properties in 2018.  My practice has evolved over the years from traditional real estate - working with buyers and sellers, to investing, renovating and reselling residential and commercial properties and even vacant land. 

I recently received my license from the State of WI to substitute teach and I am also a certified nutrition coach (I coach myself daily). I love cooking, baking, and exploring the northwoods and beyond!

My husband Robert is also a licensed real estate broker and we are both licensed general contractors as well.  We have served as advocates and volunteers in animal rescue not only in the actual "boots on the ground rescue" but as fosters, adopters and donors.  We love to support animal rescue efforts with fundraising and donations made possible by our real estate endeavors.  This is Tuni, adopted from Dodge County Humane Society.  She shares her (our) home with several other rescued dogs and cats.

I am the admin for a local Facebook group called "Explore Phillips WI and Beyond" and work as a volunteer to promote local businesses, events and share community information, photos and our experiences as we explore the area.  

We are firm believers in giving back and sharing the blessings we have received working in the real estate industry.  Our goal is to make a significant impact on the bottom line for both our local animal shelter, animal rescues and veteran groups and causes.  Those dreams are only made possible when we buy and sell real estate.  Will you be our next client and help us accomplish our philanthropic goals?
